Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of transportation services provided by Royal Mount Limousine ("Royal Mount," "we," or "us"), operating from 1552 rue des Bassins, Montréal, QC. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Royal Mount Limousine provides professional executive ground transportation services in the Greater Montreal area and beyond, including:

• Airport transfers (Montréal-Trudeau International Airport — YUL)
• Corporate and executive chauffeur services
• Hourly chauffeur hire
• City-to-city executive transfers
• Corporate event transportation

2. Bookings and Confirmation

2.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation from Royal Mount Limousine.

2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, correct flight details, and valid contact information.

2.3 For airport pickups, please allow sufficient time between your flight arrival and your onward commitments. Royal Mount is not responsible for delays caused by airport security, customs, or extraordinary circumstances.

2.4 Royal Mount reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All quoted prices are fixed and include standard tolls, parking, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified in writing.

3.2 Payment is due at the time of booking or, for corporate accounts, as specified in your account agreement.

3.3 Additional charges may apply for: waiting time beyond included free periods, route changes requested after departure, additional stops, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

3.4 Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

3.5 We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and corporate invoicing for approved accounts.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Bookings

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation fee
• 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% of booking total charged
• No-show: 100% of booking total charged plus any waiting fees incurred

4.2 Long-Distance and Special Event Bookings

Cancellations for long-distance transfers (over 100 km) or special event bookings may be subject to different terms, which will be stated in your booking confirmation.

4.3 Cancellations must be submitted via email to contact@royalmountlimousine.com or by calling +1 438 773-8577. The cancellation time is recorded when we confirm receipt.

5. Waiting Time

5.1 For airport arrivals, Royal Mount includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual aircraft landing time (as tracked by our system), not the scheduled arrival time.

5.2 For all other pickups, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.

5.3 Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated per quarter hour.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1 All passengers must comply with the instructions of the chauffeur regarding safety.

6.2 Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and abusive or threatening behavior toward our chauffeurs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination without refund.

6.3 The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers in their party. Cleaning fees for soiled interiors start at CAD $250.

7. Liability

7.1 Royal Mount Limousine carries full commercial transportation insurance as required by Transport Quebec.

7.2 Royal Mount is not liable for delays or service failure caused by: traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, acts of God, flight cancellations, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Royal Mount is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. Any found items will be held for 30 days and may be claimed by contacting us directly.

7.4 Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.

8. Corporate Accounts

Corporate accounts are governed by a separate Corporate Account Agreement which, where it conflicts with these Terms, shall take precedence. Contact us at contact@royalmountlimousine.com to establish a corporate account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

10. Amendments

Royal Mount Limousine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
